Dream Complementary Therapy

1. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your appointment time.


3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur up to 100% of the treatment cost.


4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment cost will still apply.


5. Health & Consultation Forms

Clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment and provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding their health.

Treatments may be adapted or declined if deemed unsuitable for your condition.


6. Right to Refuse Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.


7. Payments

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or through the online booking system. Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.


8. Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated expiry date.


9. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
